In every group fitness class, our expert coaches will teach you how to move using proven functional training methods & Strength training principles. Unlike other gyms in Mandurah, The Cave‘s group sessions follow a structured program that allows for weekly progression with your Strength & Fitness, we believe that what gets measured gets improved, all you need to do is turn up, record your workouts and follow the plan.

Choose from our regular Strength & Conditioning, Conditioning Only, Performance lifting and Burn HIIT group classes – plus open gym sessions to support your unique fitness goals.
