Unlike other gyms in Mandurah, The Cave‘s group sessions follow a structured program that allows for weekly progression with your Strength & Fitness, we believe that what gets measured gets improved, all you need to do is turn up, record your workouts and follow the plan.

This is where we pack our entire philosophy into a fantastic one-hour class, all designed to help you make REAL progress on your fitness goals. It takes time, effort and commitment, but if you put in the work, we guarantee you’ll reap the rewards. Why are we so confident? It all comes down to our periodised training plans and structured progressions, making sure no workout is ever wasted.

At each Strength & Conditioning class, you’ll get serious about your strength, stamina, power and ability all in the one workout. And unlike many other Mandurah group fitness classes, we’re not just messing around.

All Strength & Conditioning classes at The Cave follow a proper periodised barbell training program, along with bodyweight exercises and accessory work to help target weaker muscle groups.

Our signature hour-long group workouts include plenty of power lifts to keep you pushing your personal best, but come prepared to get your heart rate pumping at the end of the class too.

Prepare to get your heart rate up and the endorphins pumping! Conditioning Only classes are The Cave’s dedicated cardio workout, with the same structured approach as all our group fitness options.

If you’re keen to steer clear of the technical lifting or need to add more cardio to your routine, Conditioning Only is the perfect class for you. Tackle full-body fitness with 1 hour of fun and challenging movements, while taking measurable steps towards your personal fitness goals.

Expect partner workouts, kettlebell training, core workouts, sprints and more to get you pushing your limits and living it up to the MAX.

Performance Lifting

Prepare to harness technique, strength and POWER with Mandurah’s Olympic-style weightlifting class. Each Performance Lifting class focuses on progressions for more advanced bodyweight movements and variations on competitive lifts.
