Cave Rehab approach & Facility

“Our goal is to provide high quality evidence based care and return patients to their happy pain free life as quickly and safely as possible!”

Why Exercise Rehabilitation?

Exercise rehabilitation is a top choice for treating acute and chronic musculoskeletal disorders before exploring other options.

Our Process

  • Initial Assessment – In-depth initial assessment consisting of a thorough history and Physical/Orthopaedic examination before formulating a diagnosis.
  • Assessment Recap and Patient Report – Extensive individual report detailing injury coupled with treatment advice and at home based exercises to treat presenting complaints.
  • Hands on Treatment – Depending on the nature of the injury we may proceed with hands-on treatment sessions before progressing to exercise sessions. Our hands-on treatment can include soft and deep tissue massage therapy, Kinesio and rigid taping, dry needling , Spinal Manipulative Therapy and more
  • Exercise Sessions – We treat in 6 week strength program blocks, our practitioners develop in clinic rehabilitation plans, specifically tailored to each individual to treat their presenting injury.

Patients consult with our practitioners two times per week over the course of 6 weeks, with the majority of patients experiencing a significant increase in strength, range of motion and pain reduction during this time.
