About Us

The Strength & Conditioning Physio clinic is an exercise focused gym-based clinic located in Mandurah,
Western Australia. We offer specialized strength rehab training blocks to the general population, gym
enthusiasts and athletes of all ages (powerlifters, weight lifters, strongman, cross fitters, calisthenics
athletes and sport specific athletes).
At S&C Physio we prioritize helping patients maintain their current lifestyles/fitness regimes. We use our
clinical reasoning skills to program individualized strength rehab plans for each client based on the initial
assessment. These plans rehab the injury while maintaining/progressing their full body strength and
conditioning.

Meet Nate

Mr Nathan Lacauss is our owner and Senior Physiotherapist. Last year Nate rehabbed himself back from
a severe spinal cord injury. The event had left him in a critical condition with doctors saying he may never
walk again. 9 months later he is back to weight training, walking, running and working in the clinic doing
what he loves most.
